In order to participate in a Telehealth Visit, you will need a computer with video or a cell phone with a camera. Setup is free. An email will be sent to you with an appointment time and instructions on how to connect to the Telehealth visit. Our staff is ready to help you get scheduled and connected. Troubleshooting

 FQA's

1) I prefer to see the doctor face to face. The doctor will take the time to conveniently examine you by video and may be able to make immediate treatment recommendations to help you. If he feels that office visit is required, you will be given a priority appointment.<p>

2) I know I need a shot and have to come in. During this peak period of Covid-19 infections, it is safer for you to stay home. The doctor can conveniently confirm the problem by video and then give you a priority appointment to come in for a shot.

3) I don’t own a computer. During this peak period of Covid-19 infections, it is safer for you to stay home. You can use an iPad or cell phone with a camera or borrow someone else’s computer.

4) Is this covered by my insurance? Yes telehealth is covered by insurance companies and Medicare. Some insurance companies are even refunding the copays after the visit.

5) I need to come in to schedule surgery. The doctor will take the time to conveniently examine you by video and can work on scheduling the surgery remotely with our surgical coordinator, Debra..
